As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping people across a broad spectrum of health and fitness levels, through carefully planned exercise programmes, to greatly improve their physical condition, and benefit from the many positive health and social consequences that often result.
Making small changes to just one aspect of your lifestyle can have a dramatic effect on many facets of wellbeing. However, the vast majority of people have a routine that has been established over months and years, and consequently find that changes can sometimes be difficult to bring about.
My role as your personal trainer is to create a programme of activity that addresses your specific needs, and to help you manage your activity levels to make the positive changes permanent.
Far more effective than regular gym attendance, your programmes will be completely individual and specific for you, and are designed to get you the results you want in a realistic time frame.
