Delivery Information

Despatch

We aim to despatch ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be shipped the next working day.

Please note that if you choose to pay by Paypal, and you have insufficient funds in your Paypal account, the payment will be processed as an eCheque and may take up to 5 working days to clear. Paypal guidance is that we do not despatch your order until the payment has cleared.
 

Delivery options

During checkout, you can use the dropdown and choose how you wish your order to be delivered. At the present time, delivery is only available within the UK. Some items may be despatched directly from the manufacturer so your order may arrive in two or more deliveries. You will only be charged one delivery fee.
 
Standard – 3 Working Days
Our Standard service is Royal Mail Tracked and this usually takes 1 to 3 working days to reach you. It costs £3.90 for orders under £50, and you can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com using the tracking number we will send you after your order is despatched.

For all orders of £50 or more, the Standard service is free.

In accordance with Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions, 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived as claims with Royal mail can only be considered after this time.

Although deliveries may be made at weekends, Royal Mail do not include Saturdays or Sundays as working days.
 
Express – Next Working Day
Our Express service is Interlink Express 24, and this takes 1 working day (Monday to Friday) to reach you. It costs £7.25 for orders under £100, and you can track your parcel online at www.interlinkexpress.com using the tracking number we will send you after your order is despatched.

You will receive an email and/or text message from Interlink with a 1 hour time slot for delivery. You will also be given the opportunity to re-schedule your delivery to suit you.

For all orders of £100 or more, the Express service is free.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take a day longer to arrive.
 
Christmas and New Year
Last ordering dates and times for Christmas:
Please note at this time of year due to the high volume of consignments pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed by our carriers.

Our office will be closed from 12pm on Saturday 24th December 2016 and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 27th December.

It's not much of a break, is it? But we know you'll want to get started as soon as possible after Christmas, right?


 

Address information

Please check your billing and delivery information carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process. We cannot despatch orders to PO Box, temporary or 'care of' addresses, and we are unable to make orders available for collection.

 
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to John.Fit within 3 days of the delivery date.
