As a REPs* Level 4 qualified personal trainer, John works with people across a broad spectrum of health and fitness levels. Through carefully planned exercise programmes, we will improve your physical condition. You will then benefit from the many positive health and social consequences that often result. Examples of these are weight loss and a reduction in lower back pain.

You establish your exercise and nutrition habits over months and years. We will make relatively small alterations to these lifestyle routines. As a result, we can effect dramatic changes to many facets of your wellbeing.

John’s role as your personal trainer is to create a programme of activity that addresses your specific needs. This will then help you manage your activity levels to make the positive changes permanent.

We design your personal training programmes to be completely individual and specific. Consequently, they get you the results you want in a realistic time frame.
